• Manage their automotive marketplace activities

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Vehicle Listings and Sales

Listing Requirements

When listing a vehicle, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle
• Have legal ownership or authorization to sell the vehicle
• Use genuine photos of the actual vehicle
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Belize
• Price the vehicle fairly and not engage in deceptive practices

Prohibited Listings

You may not list:

• Stolen or illegally obtained vehicles
• Vehicles with outstanding liens without disclosure
• Salvaged vehicles without proper disclosure
• Vehicles that do not meet Belize safety or emissions standards

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Transactions

Auto Deals Belize serves as a marketplace platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. You acknowledge that:

• All transactions are between users
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed
• We do not handle payments or transfers of ownership
• You are responsible for conducting due diligence
• You should inspect vehicles before purchase

7. Fees and Payments

Currently, basic listing services are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium services with advance notice. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you incur them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Auto Deals Belize and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Deals Belize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
